Reading Borough Council - August 2020
Our task for Reading Borough Council was simple, bring some colour and nature in to their new office for the staff to enjoy when they were working on site. There were plenty of ideas floating around but eventually we settled on large desk troughs separating the workspaces with floor-standing displays dotted around the main office and meeting rooms. This meant that plants were a main feature of the office and everybody could see them meaning the health benefits are huge.

A large living picture was installed on to the break room wall. As the wall is cladded with bark material, this gives the whole room a fantastic natural look.

The plant displays were housed in fibrestone and polished metal containers. These are a really modern style and really helps the office plant displays stand out. The light levels in this office are relatively low so a mix of dracaenas were used. These wonderful tropical plants come in a huge variety of types and look great in offices.
